Q: How do I contact CatchOn?
A: Please reach out to us via email and someone will respond as soon as possible. We will return all inquires within 24-48 hours. If your matter is urgent, please put URGENT in the email subject line and the phone number to reach you.

Q: How long is my CatchOn trial?
A: We offer you 60-days of Free use of CatchOn for Chrome. This includes our “Insight” portal for you to access cloud hosted on-demand analytics.
Q: I’m ready to buy, how do I move forward?
A: Contact your assigned account representative. This will be the person that has been in touch with you since initial registration. If you are unsure who your account rep is, please email our Dir. of Partnerships, Emily: emily@getcatchon.com
Q: Are there referral discounts?
A: CatchOn has been built on referrals since day one! We offer discounts to our trusted partners that help us spread the word and expand our reach. Ask your account representative for more information.

Deployment

Q: How do I know if my deployment was successful or not?
A: If deployment was successful, you will receive an email from CatchOn letting you know we see activity for three or more applications in your network. If deployment was not successful, then you will receive emails periodically letting you know we do not see data and to contact us if you need help.
Q: What do I do if my deployment was not successful?
A: The first step is to verify that you entered the correct information into your Google Admin console when installing the plug-in. If there were no errors and the deployment was not successful, please email us as soon as you receive your first email: info@getcatchon.com
Q: When does my 60-days for the trial begin?
A: Your trial officially begins when you register your Chromebooks and accept the Terms of Service and read the Privacy Policy.  

Training

Q: What training is available to me during my trial?
A: We provide you a Resource center with on-screen tutorials, PDFs, and videos. Our Dir. of Partnerships conducts bi-weekly webinars that you can attend to learn how to get the most out of CatchOn and train on new features
Q: How do I get new apps into my system?
A: The first step you take when you log into your portal for the first time is to add three or more apps from Discover Apps. You will add apps into your portal from Discover Apps and Request Apps.
Q: What if I do not see the app I want to add?
A. Use Request Apps to send us requests for new apps. If this is a brand new app to our system, we will create a new App Profile for you and give you notes of the new app’s status. If this is an app already in our system, then we will assign it to your district where it will appear in My Apps for you.
